Our physical therapists
here at Palm Beach Sportsmedicine are focused on giving high quality,
one-on-one care to all of our patients. We offer individualized, hands
on treatment approaches in order to maximize physical function, allowing
patients to return to their jobs and lifestyles as soon as possible.
A physical therapist
uses a variety of techniques for treating their patients. Stretching
and strengthening programs are tailored to each patient’s specific
problem. The therapists may also mobilize a joint, massage a muscle,
or apply additional therapies, such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation,
hot packs, and ice.
